I absolutely loved the classic decoration and interior design of the hotel. It reminded me of a bygone era and felt so charming and cozy. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and had a lovely ambiance. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible with no steep stairs or long walks to get to my room.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were friendly, it would have been nice if they were more attentive and proactive in helping us with our needs.

The hotel was placed in the central location on the free area. Moreover, it's near to a beautiful nearby cafe and a large hill and the centro storico. The room was impressive, gorgeous with hypo-allergenic pillows. Having a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet was a bonus.

Located in the city-center, this hotel is in the perfect location to discover everything in the area. Our room was clean and comfortable, plus the bathroom was clean too.
Sadly, the parking situation was not great, and we had trouble finding a spot close to the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of a charming Tuscan village. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the city-center close to everything. The room was beautifully decorated with period decor and had a fantastic view. The staff were warm, kind, and went out of their way to assist me. The breakfast provided was satisfying and delicious.
The only thing that could be improved was the noise level in the room.

Being the first building at the start of the city, it was the perfect spot to start and end our day. From our bathroom, we had a great view of the Tuscan landscape. The included breakfast at the nearby cafe was a nice bonus. Although the recommended parking at P1 was busy, we found free parking just before the bridge and walked up.
Nothing that I didn't like. 🙌

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of a beautiful village. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of the old town. I loved being able to walk to all the main attractions and explore the narrow streets. The hotel itself had a lovely authentic style, with rooms that were tastefully decorated and comfortable. The highlight for me was the fantastic view from the room. I had a balcony that overlooked the village and it was truly breathtaking. The basic amenities were all there and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast, although not served at the hotel, was delicious and offered a wide variety of options at a nearby restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore this beautiful village.
All in all, everything was alright.

The building's private garden was like stepping back in time, with a view that made me appreciate Tuscany's fame. The music hall and lounge were filled with history and charm. The frescoes and antique piano created a unique atmosphere. Cons: Forgot the elevator! #hotelreview

The bedroom suite was beautifully decorated with a stunning view of Montepulciano. The large double bedroom had its own terrace overlooking the main street. The peaceful surroundings were emphasized by the deliberate absence of TV systems. The room was adorned with motifs of ancient Roman ruins and Pompeii, adding a touch of history. Guests could enjoy the beautifully furnished living room and the music room with a piano. The double bedroom provided a quiet, cozy, and comfortable space with direct garden access. The separate space could be turned into an additional double bedroom.
Personally, I missed having a TV, but others might appreciate the escape from technology.
